We do not use processed cheddar — yuck …
It’s real cheddar and a variety of cheeses with our house chutneys that make our burgers taste great … We offer classic burgers, gourmet burgers and loaded burgers - the classic "purity" range focus on core burger ingredients with house sauces, the "gourmet" with our highlights in cheese and chutney, while the "loaded" burgers are messy and fulfilling.
Our meat, 100% imported Australian beef, ground from the butchery, with different cuts making our blend … the result is a medium ground patty with great taste, perfect texture and juicy. We season our patties with our own blend of spices, hand form them on order, then grill them over hot rocks for that real char-gilled BBQ experience.
All burgers are served alone just add your own sides 🙂
